THE WORKING ACTOR OVERVIEW

WHAT IS THE WORKING ACTOR PROGRAM?

The Working Actor is a well-balanced, all-encompassing program that was created to develop students into working Actors and successful Industry Professionals. Our program includes multiple classes, one being The Foundation, with several other classes that work in tandem with each other to round out our intensive program. The program offerings differ based on the tier and students are placed in the Working Actor tier that best suits their experience level.

The Foundation

The Foundation is exactly that, our foundational technique. It is designed to lead actors to truthful, authentic expression by equipping students with the necessary tools and skills to build real, living, breathing characters.

The Art of Auditioning

What does it take to win the room and book the role? This class is focused on preparing you for just that. Here you will learn crucial auditioning tips that will set you apart. This class will equip you with the right tools for every on-camera and in-person audition.

Creative Movement

Our Creative Movement class sets you up for success by teaching students how to explore beyond the surface through movement. As a student, you will discover the necessary tools that will transform the way in which you breathe life into your scripted performances by adding authentic physicality to your storytelling.

Scene Study

There's a difference between reading a script and reciting lines, and having the skills to breakdown and analyze a script before breathing life into it with complete surrender and enthralling, creative choices. Our Scene Study class will train you take a bland piece of paper and turn into a kaleidoscope of color.
