Frequently Asked Questions

No prior experience is required for Semester 1 (Core Acting Technique 101). Our program is designed to meet you where you are and build your skills from the ground up. However, subsequent semesters do have prerequisites.
Our certificate program is conducted entirely online via live video sessions. This allows students from anywhere in the world to participate while still receiving personalized instruction and feedback.
Each semester runs for 12 weeks, with classes held once a week for 2 hours. The full certificate program consists of 4 semesters.
Yes! While we recommend the full certificate program for comprehensive training, you can enroll in individual semesters. Note that some courses have prerequisites.
Upon completion, you'll receive the MSDA Working Actor Certificate. More importantly, you'll have developed a professional-grade toolkit and process for approaching auditions and roles with confidence.
